If you've been at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo in its opening days so were we and here's what we saw. If you haven't made it yet, here's what you're missing. Note from rodeo folks: if you bought a pre-purchased Carnival ride and game pack, activate it! As of Saturday, officials said 92 percent of the packs had not been turned on.
